Privacy Policy

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, budget, timeline, and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect standard technical and usage information, such as your device and browser type, approximate location (from your IP address), pages viewed, referring links, and how you interact with pages. This is gathered through the analytics tools described below.

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — to measure traffic and understand which content is useful. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — to capture aggregated usage data through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays that help us diagnose usability issues and improve the Site. Clarity masks sensitive content (such as text you type) by default. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

• To respond to your inquiries and provide our design services.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and user experience.
• To understand aggregate traffic and content performance.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and respond to inquiries, and only as needed for those purposes:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
• Google and Microsoft — analytics, as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete them when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to the providers’ standard retention settings.

Depending on where you live — including under the Colorado Privacy Act — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at kimberly@interiordesignbykimberly.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals can also be used to express your preferences.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, press features or social profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
