The brief

We went bold with deep emerald-green shaker cabinets, then balanced them with a bright white quartz waterfall island and a pebble-mosaic backsplash that catches the light. Floating white-oak shelves, black dome pendants, glass-front uppers and unlacquered brass hardware layer in warmth and craft, while walnut wishbone stools and a black spring faucet keep it relaxed and current.
